We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you (like your email for an account).

2. Data Usage

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party processors for payment processing. They have their own privacy policies regarding the data we are required to provide to them.

4. Subscriptions and Trials

Dely offers both one-time plans and recurring subscription plans (monthly or yearly). Select subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan and your payment method is charged automatically.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

All payments made on Dely are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully processed and access has been granted, we are unable to issue refunds. This applies to both one-time plans and subscription payments.

No refunds after the free trial: If you allow a subscription trial to convert to a paid plan, the resulting charge is non-refundable. The trial period exists so you can evaluate the platform with no financial risk — please cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue.

Exceptions are limited to duplicate charges or technical errors. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction for resolution.

6. Cancellation Policy

Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your profile page. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current billing period. One-time plans are not cancellable as they are not recurring — access expires naturally at the end of the plan duration.
