Welcome to Dely (dely.in), an online learning platform owned and operated by Phylancer Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services. By accessing or using Dely, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Dely. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dely, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on Dely, including but not limited to tutorial videos, code examples, written materials, logos, trademarks, and educational resources, is the exclusive intellectual property of Phylancer Pvt Ltd or its licensors, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from Dely.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Subscription, Payments and Refunds

Payments for Pro plans are handled via third-party payment processors (Razorpay and PayPal). Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis depending on the plan selected at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled.

Free Trial: Select subscription plans include a 7-day free trial period. No charge is applied during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged for the first billing cycle.

No Refunds After Trial: Once the free trial period has ended and a payment has been successfully charged, that payment is non-refundable. By allowing the trial to convert to a paid subscription, you acknowledge and accept this policy. We offer the trial period specifically so you can evaluate the platform risk-free before committing.

No Refunds on One-Time Plans: All one-time plan purchases are final. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our content, refunds are not available once access has been granted.

Exceptions: In case of duplicate transactions or technical errors resulting in an incorrect charge, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days for resolution.

Access: Pro users gain access to premium content for the duration of their active plan or subscription period.

7. Affiliate Program and Referral Commissions

Dely may offer an affiliate program where users can earn commissions for referring new subscribers. Referral payouts, thresholds, and processing are governed by rules published on the affiliate dashboard. These terms may be updated with reasonable notice.

8. Affiliate Posts Program (Premium by Score)

  • Approval Only: Score is added only after approval by our team.
  • Fixed Thresholds: Premium tiers unlock at predefined score levels.
  • Milestone Protection: Achieved tiers will not be downgraded.
  • Compliance: Deleted posts must be removed from the dashboard. Violations may lead to penalties or removal.
  • Rules may be updated with reasonable notice.

9. Company Information

Dely is owned and operated by Phylancer Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. All services, payments, and transactions are processed under this entity.

10. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • misuse the platform
  • attempt unauthorized access
  • distribute harmful or illegal content
  • violate any applicable laws

11. Limitation of Liability

Dely and Phylancer Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of the platform.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, job placement, or financial results.

13. Account Termination & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

We also reserve the right to permanently delete accounts where the registered email address has not been verified within a reasonable period of time.

14. Payments and Taxes

Prices may be subject to applicable taxes. For international payments, currency conversion charges or additional fees may apply as per the payment provider.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
